I hope this is the correct email address to send this letter to and if not, please forward it to the right place.

I purchased a Lifestyle Screen from Don Massie and he installed it on August 1, 2012.

It seems like most of the letters I write regarding doing business with a company are negative and relate to some problem.

I am very pleased to finally be able to write one praising a company and specifically, Don Massie.

I was delighted to find someone that actually did what they promised and took the time to explain everything to me.

Don was so nice and helpful from the first time I met him through the completion of the job. It is so rare not to encounter any problems with a company and I totally trusted him to do a good job – actually, he did a
great job.

I am an artist and have set up my garage as my studio. I have suffered for nine years being bitten by no-seeums, mosquitoes, etc. and chasing out various critters that enter my domain. I have only been able to work a very limited amount of time because of the discomfort. Since the day the screen was installed, I
have not had a problem with the bugs and no bites. It is truly hard to believe.

My only regret is that I did not know about your product sooner.
